Sarah has been providing the Guelph community with primary naturopathic care for the last decade. She is trained the treat both acute illness and work at preventing chronic disease using a variety of naturopathic tools. Sarah believes that health starts in the home, and that as a health care professional, it is her job to provide tools and support to families and individuals choosing to take responsibility for their health.

Sue has been practicing massage therapy since 2000. Her areas of interest are continually evolving, and her specialties include Swedish Massage, Acupuncture, Cupping, Myofascial Release, and Reflexology.

Physiotherapy


Sarah Sakhuja, MScPT, BSc (Hons)


Sarah is a 2005 graduate of McMaster University with a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy. Prior to this she received a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph. She started her career with a keen interest in orthopedics and manual therapy, working her way through her manual therapy levels and receiving her certification in clinical acupuncture from the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada. Her clinic focus changed to Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy and Women’s Health in 2011 and has become her primary area of patient care since returning from her second maternity leave in 2014. Her passion is driven by a belief of treating the body in its entirety and a desire to help educate women to improve function through various stages of life. She sees women of all ages to assist with incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, pregnancy, postpartum and menopausal changes. Sarah continues to improve her knowledge and has taken many courses and certification within this specialty. She balances her professional passions and is a proud mama to two small children.
